Create your own delicious stocks, juices and gravy with this handy fat separator! 

 

The durable borosilicate glass jug has a low spout to help you out. Place the silicone stopper in the spout and pour your roasting juices into the jug. It comes with a removeable stainless steel strainer in case there’s any large herbs or meat chunks. 

 

Let it settle so that the fat all rises to the top, then remove the stopper and pour away! The unique spout construction will keep the fat inside. The side of the glass jug has helpful measurements in millilitres and cups.
