This spatula can track the temperature of your dish AS you cook! 

 

The silicone spatula has a stainless steel probe through the middle to help you temper chocolate perfectly or create jams and syrups without interruption. The thermometer can measure temperatures in the range of -50°C to 300°C when used on it’s own, but be mindful that the silicone spatula is only heat resistant to 180°C.

 

It is battery powered with included batteries (yay!) that can be easily changed when needed. You can even toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit to easily copy recipes from around the globe!
